What You'll Do Assess children shortly after starting the program and throughout treatment to monitor progress. Provide treatment using individual, group, and/or classroom modalities. Work collaboratively with the treatment team, including the client and family to create an individualized treatment plan. Enhance speech/language services by educating staff and family members on specific ongoing interventions to use with the client. Help to establish optimal treatment services for all clients related to language development, via work with treatment staff and supervisors.
