This role is essential in ensuring the continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere during the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans as provided by the regular teacher and adjust them as necessary to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Support students in their academic and social development, offering guidance and encouragement.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed to foster collaboration.
- Monitor and assess student progress, reporting any concerns to the regular teacher or administration.


Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a teaching role, ideally 1-3 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or training in education.
