Entry-Level Accounting Assistant Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM Are you looking to launch or grow your career in accounting? We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and work with a supportive team in a professional office environment. What You’ll Do Process incoming and returned mail Prepare and distribute daily cash sheets Reconcile bank statements and balances Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and commissions Reissue checks and verify payment accuracy Respond to inquiries from customers and agents via phone and email Maintain records in accordance with company policies Assist with daily tasks and special projects as needed Support the accounting team to ensure smooth department operations What We’re Looking For Strong Microsoft Excel skills required High school diploma required Experience in an office or professional setting preferred Banking, bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience is a plus College coursework or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred Experience with Concur or Tracker software is beneficial Skills That Will Help You Succeed Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and multitasking skills Effective communication and customer service abilities Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting deadlines Why Apply?
