Analyst – Asset Based FinanceJob Responsibilities:Work directly with PM to evaluate new opportunities for asset-based finance, asset based lending and corporate lending transactionsFinancial and cash flow modeling of collateral from a broad spectrum of industries for suitability for asset-oriented facilities.Prepare internal documentation to evaluate new opportunities, including pre-screens and final approval documentation.Supporting investment team members by gathering data on potential investment opportunities and developing recommendationsCollaborate with team members to develop, enhance and manage investment cash flow models that support scenario analysis and return objectives across a diverse and evolving set of asset classesDrafting sections of investment memos and compiling reporting materials under supervisionActively monitoring existing investments in the portfolio; helping track portfolio performance metrics and gathering data on trends for team reviewCreating models for internal deal analysis and trackingSupporting due diligence processes by collecting and organizing relevant informationSupporting deal execution processes and post-closing workstreamsThe position is well‑suited for candidates who excel in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial credit environments and enjoy managing multiple workflows with high accountabilityQualifications:3+ years direct experience in corporate credit, asset based lending or asset based financeFamiliarity with asset-based finance, asset based lending across broad industries, including specific sector risks and nuances.Cash Flow modeling and Financial modeling skillsAnalytical ThinkingAttention to DetailPortfolio ManagementPrioritizationRecruiter:Daniel ZnatyHiring Manager:Rahul VaidDepartment:Trading
