Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance

Overview Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance – The role supports the Landing Systems Site operations team in Haltom City, TX. The analyst will lead monthly, annual, and long‑range planning for operational and general & administrative expenses, develop operating expense plans, and create forecasts for the site. Responsibilities Close monthly books, prepare forecast and long‑range plan (LRP) reporting and analysis. Prepare materials for inclusion in closing and forecast packages and LRP presentations on key operational metrics, assumptions, and variances. Present monthly financial results to Operations leadership. Create monthly journal entries for LG military P&L and BS. Assist in loading monthly forecast into the central finance database. Manage daily operations dashboard for productivity, efficiency, utilization, hours, and other operational metrics. Assist in the monthly cycle‑counting process. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support site VSL and operations leaders as needed. Ensure site operational controls are adhered to. Review operational results each month to ensure accurate reporting. Qualifications University degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience. U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements. Minimum 3 years of financial analyst experience. Preferred Qualifications Financial planning experience. Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V‑LOOKUPs, etc.). Manufacturing industry experience. SAP/ERP experience. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
