Banter by Piercing Pagoda is looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections. Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits. Offer extended service plans and financing options. Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all valued customers. Meet individual and team sales goals. Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties (as needed). Qualifications One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required. Commitment to excellence and desire to grow. Ability to provide a superior customer experience. Compensation and Benefits Base pay: $15.40 – $16.00 per hour plus commission on sales.
