Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License is essential
• Preferably have previous experience working with students on the autism spectrum, particularly those in an ASD Level III setting
• Skilled in case management and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to develop targeted learning activities based on diverse student needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with staff, families, and external service providers
• Proven dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to middle schoolers in an ASD Level III classroom
• Provide hands-on, individualized support to students with unique learning profiles
• Develop and monitor IEPs and maintain accurate, timely case management records
• Partner with school staff and service providers for holistic student support
• Adapt learning activities and strategies to address the evolving needs of each learner
