Onsite HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Compliance

MARA Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist to lead employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance processes at our Columbus, Ohio site. You will partner with site leadership and Legal to resolve workplace issues and drive employee engagement. Responsibilities include investigations, benefits administration, policy enforcement, training tracking, and HR analytics.
