Part-Time Call Center Representative Company: Signius Location: Mobile, AL(In-Office) l Pay $17-$20/hr About the Role: Signius is looking for compassionate, reliable Call Center Representatives to join our team! Our Call Center Representatives provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base, which spans medical offices, apartment complexes, and various professional services. This position involves 100% inbound calls only; there are zero sales or cold calls required. We offer fully paid, step-by-step training to set you up for success. Core Responsibilities: Answer a high volume of incoming calls with an energetic, friendly, and helpful demeanor. Collect accurate details, route messages, and connect calls to the correct parties. Utilize our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently. Consistently meet established performance standards. What We're Looking For: A polite, professional, and engaging phone presence. Solid English communication abilities, including accurate grammar and spelling. Basic computer navigation skills and a typing speed of 35+ WPM. Punctuality, consistent attendance, and a strong work ethic. Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays as we operate 24/7/365. The base pay for this position is $17/hour, with an opportunity to earn a premium rate of $20/hour through flawless attendance. To qualify for the $20/hour rate, team members must demonstrate consistent punctuality at shift start, timely return from all breaks, and complete adherence to scheduled shift hours.
