Advanced Practice Clinician Family Medicine NP/PA

Position Overview FNP or PA Family Care opportunity in a patient‑first primary care setting. New graduates are welcome. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients across the lifespan in a rural family health clinic. Deliver preventive wellness care, acute care visits, chronic disease management, and evidence‑based care planning documented in a robust EHR. Perform scope‑appropriate procedures such as joint injections, skin biopsies, and women’s health services, with available mentorship. Collaborate closely with board‑certified family physicians, practice leadership, and an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, pharmacists, and behavioral health clinicians. Support clinic flow and patient access through scheduling, care coordination, and use of point‑of‑care testing and telemedicine services. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
