This includes tuition, books, and technology fees.Learn more here: You'll Do*** Be a communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.* Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.* Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.* Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.* Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.* Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.**What You'll Bring*** We prefer 2 years of Service Writing in a dealership atmosphere.* A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.* Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.* Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies. CDK experience is preferred.* Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals.* Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs.**Total Rewards**The annual earning potential for this role is $70k to 100k annuall which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
