Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed PT, following the plan of care.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, range of motion activities, gait training, mobility work, and transfer coaching.
- Support activities of daily living and functional mobility goals as part of the rehabilitation plan.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment, document progress, and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and nursing staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with safety, privacy, and clinical regulations.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Ability to work in a LTAC/long-term care/assisted living setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; good documentation habits.
- Availability for the 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. shift (5 days per week) and willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment with 35 guaranteed hours.
- Travel-capable and prepared for a temporary assignment in a different location.
