Inventory Worker

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Worker (P1) to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and auditing warehouse processes to ensure inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and respond to urgent count requests

• Download and review inventory/stock status reports

• Report inventory discrepancies daily via email

• Audit third-party warehouse (3PL) cycle count data and physical count sheets for accuracy

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of inventory control experience (WIP cycle counting preferred)

• Knowledge of standard warehouse cycle count processes

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate with team members

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use barcode scanners as needed
