Required Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (CCC preferred)
• Prior school-based SLP experience, ideally at the high school level
• Bilingual skills highly valued (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to inclusivity and supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities

• Serve a high school caseload, conducting assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain detailed documentation to meet compliance and best practices
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
• Assist with referrals and provide expertise on language, fluency, and social communication challenges
