As an accountant at Keith Smith Company, you will gain a broad accounting experience as well as build your business acumen. You will be a part of a team that adds value to the company through analysis and transforming data into information used for business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Review accounts receivable & accounts payable transactionsReconcile accounts receivable & accounts payable aging to control accountsCustomer credit review & analysisMaintain reporting for AR credit insurancePrepare monthly sales tax filingsFulfill auditor requests for the external year end auditHelp develop and prepare cash flow reportingPrepare other internal and external reporting as neededPrepare & distribute bi-weekly pricing calculationContribute to budget/forecastsAssist in special projects as required by managerWork on other similar accounting tasks and responsibilities as neededRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financePreferred Skills/ExperienceExperienced with Microsoft ExcelDriven self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well with others in a team settingCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience using Sage Intacct or other ERP System #J-18808-Ljbffr Keith Smith Company Inc
