And your potential has no ceiling.We would love for you to explore what is possible at HUB International.We currently have an opportunity for an **Associate Account Executive** to join our **Personal Lines** team in our **Berkeley Heights, NJ** office on a Hybrid work schedule.**Functions and responsibilities include**:* Support a team Private Client Account Executives* Maintaining account EPIC files in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines* Check policy coverages and endorsement on new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance* Complete prepare proposals, policy summaries and reviews* Assist with remarkets, Summaries of Insurance, and claims as necessary.* Process endorsements, placement requests* Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations* Handle or refer insureds and underwriter’s questions* Perform other specific duties as directed by the Team Manager* Pursue a program of professional development**Please apply to join us if you meet the following requirements:*** 1-2 years of related experience* 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience* A valid P&C License is required* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite**What We Offer You**At HUB International, we are invested in your success - both inside and outside of work.
