Eiland Facility Maintenance Solutions (EFMS) is a rapidly growing facility maintenance and property services company serving apartment communities, commercial properties, and residential clients throughout Ohio.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an organized, motivated, and dependable  Operations & Sales Coordinator to become a key member of our leadership team.

This is more than an administrative position. You'll help keep projects moving, support our crews, build relationships with customers, and help grow the business.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule projects and coordinate field crews
• Manage work orders using Jobber
• Prepare proposals, estimates, invoices, and customer documents
• Follow up with customers after bids are submitted
• Maintain project schedules and company calendars
• Track outstanding invoices and customer communications
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and property managers
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
• Assist with sales, marketing, and business development
• Keep company files and records organized
• Help improve office systems and daily operations
• Perform occasional visits to local job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of office administration, operations, customer service, or sales support experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks, or CRM software is a plus
• Construction, facility maintenance, or property management experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
