**Job Title:**Speech Language Pathologist**Pay Range:**$60-70/hourly**Job Description:****Up to $70/hour | Moline, IL | Full-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year | Full-time contract position supporting students with speech and language needs by evaluating skills, providing therapy, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.** **Position Details:*** Full Time - Starting ASAP through 2026-2027 School Year* District open to hybrid* Location: Greater Moline Area, Silvis School District* 1.0 FTE, M-F* 35 hours per week **About the Role** Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in Moline, IL. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing speech and language services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.**Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $70/hour) + steady school-year schedule* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses (up to $500)* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses (up to $3,000)### **What You’ll Do*** Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals* Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations* Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations* Support a range of student communication needs across school settings* Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success### **What We’re Looking For*** Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School SLP endorsement* Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license* Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills* School-based experience preferred, not required **About Ampersand Therapy** Ampersand Therapy is a women and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
