We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do.The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.Responsibilities:Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and executionProvide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess reviewIntegrate metrics requirements for the Demand Planning TeamCommunicate program schedule and engineering change deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and executionLead a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement, OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement, OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurementMust have experience with Bills of MaterialsMust have material requirements planning and/or advanced planning experienceMust have previous experience in Supply ChainYour ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.​Preferred Qualifications:EVMS experienceCAM experienceCurrent Special Program Access#AS-FA3Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
