Provision of care is consistent with evidence based practices and principles of infection control Assesses and interprets patient status/information based on knowledge of growth, development and age; recognizes changes based on patient assessment Prioritizes, initiates, and delegates appropriate interventions based on assessed patient need; evaluates the outcome of responsibilities delegated to others Demonstrates ability to administer medication and treatments safely and effectively based on specific patient needs. Demonstrates the ability to use, maintain, & troubleshoot patient care equipment.
