Feed Mill Supervisor

Feed Mill Supervisor Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility. Must be willing to work 2nd shift. Responsibilities Monitor feed sampling. Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly. Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill. Match feed delivery tickets, etc. Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions. Qualifications Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience. Benefits Vision, medical, and dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment. Base salary range of $58,015 – $70,488. Discretionary bonus: eligible to participate in the company’s tri‑annual bonus plan; amount varies by incentive program.
