Job Description

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a lasting impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school-based setting near Newport, RI. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility while working alongside teachers and specialists to help students achieve their behavioral and academic goals.

Desired Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
Experience utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, preferably in a school or pediatric environment
Ability to collect data and complete thorough documentation
Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families
Compassionate approach and commitment to helping students of diverse backgrounds succeed

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts or other clinical supervisors
Record, monitor, and track student progress and behavioral data with accuracy and timeliness
Support classroom staff in the use of positive behavior management strategies
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, fostering social and emotional growth
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
