Commercial Roofing Estimator – Capitol Heights, MD
Our client, Gordon Contractors, is looking for an experienced Estimator to join its team in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The company specializes in commercial roofing and waterproofing projects for schools, museums, and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs for commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare bids and proposals for clients.
- Work with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.
Requirements:
- Experience estimating commercial roofing projects is required.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, labor costs, and construction plans.
- Experience with EDGE estimating software is a plus.
- Must be based in the Washington, DC / Maryland area.
Salary: $140,000–$200,000 base, depending on experience.
Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and bonus.
