• $85,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehousing Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Warehousing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations.

Your primary responsibility will be overseeing our warehouse operations, ensuring that all aspects of inventory, distribution and logistics are managed efficiently and effectively.

Why join us? Competitive compensation and benefits package! Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of our warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and distribution.

Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient completion of tasks.

Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of the inventory system.

Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

Analyze the effectiveness of warehouse operations and develop necessary operational changes.

Plan and monitor the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure workplace's health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.

Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, resolve issues, and plan future actions.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, logistics, and distribution.

Proven experience with warehouse management systems and databases.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Excellent understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to analyze data and provide insights for operational improvements.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.

Certification in warehouse management or related field would be an advantage.
