As an Occupational Therapist (OT) on our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an OT, you will work closely with our residents, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized therapy plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will enable our residents to maintain or improve their functional abilities, and support their return to their highest level of daily living. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on promoting functional abilities, independence, and overall well-being Provide occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to: cognitive training, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment training Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Nevada Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents Collaborative and supportive work environment Continuous education and professional development opportunities IND123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
