Job Summary : Join the team at Sioux Falls Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, where you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that our hotel is known for. Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff activities to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train, motivate, and support housekeeping team members to maintain high productivity and morale.
• Conduct inspections to monitor quality control and address any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and communicate needs to management.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet business demands.
• Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or related hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Capable of lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies as required.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Competitive pay range of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
