Every member of our team plays a real role in those life-changing outcomes.We're looking for a caring, driven Medical Assistant (full time) to join our clinical team in Hoffman Estates — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about women's health and the patients we serve.Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm, with weekend rotation (about once per month) and working at our Hoffman Estates location, with some floating to Northbrook.What You'll DoYou'll be a vital part of the care team by not just completing tasks, but meaningfully supporting patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives. Your day-to-day will include:Assisting clinical staff across all phases of infertility treatmentPerforming phlebotomy and specimen collectionSupporting physicians during proceduresManaging patient communication and telephone triageCoordinating procedure scheduling and room preparationServing as a key liaison between clinical staff and the labReviewing lab results with physicians and following up with patientsPreparing treatment documents and completing insurance health formsSupporting patient education on fertility care and surgical proceduresDocumenting all patient interactions accurately in the EMRDeveloping a working knowledge of ultrasound equipmentWhat You Bring1+ year of experience in a medical setting (women's health experience a plus)Phlebotomy certification preferred — we'll provide training if neededAssociate degree in a medical field preferredComfort with EMR systems and basic computer skillsA calm, empathetic presence and strong communication skillsFlexibility to occasionally work weekends and travel to nearby clinic locationsWhat's In It For YouCompensation: $20 –$24/hour, based on experienceWe invest in the people who invest in our patients.
