Job Summary Support, troubleshoot & make repairs to ensure that machines maintain running speeds & efficiency of your assigned work area. Essential Functions Must set up, maintain, perform quality checks and adjust bag machines daily Read work orders and compare samples off the machine against the spec to ensure proper set up. Keep bag machines operating at best possible speed & keep waste at a minimum For larger fixes, work with the maintenance to make sure machines are fixed as soon as possible Check bag quality parameters noted on the quality control sheet throughout your shift Maintain the equipment in great condition & always practice safe operating procedures Follow the production schedule & customer instructions, pulling random samples to ensure accuracy.
