Job Description
This is an entry-level Sales and Customer Service position focused on responding to customer inquiries, providing quotes, and building strong customer relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer quote requests through email, phone, and online portals.
- Work with the team to understand market pricing and provide competitive quotes.
- Work toward sales and conversion targets.
- Review customer purchase orders and verify pricing and terms.
- Communicate with customers before and after the sale.
- Maintain existing customer relationships while helping develop new business.
Must-have: Strong customer service + communication + self-motivation + ability to work independently
