Facilities Engineering Supervisor

ABM - Facility Services

ABM Industries is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team delivering safe, efficient facility operations across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sites. You will oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety), manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Responsibilities include scheduling and training technicians, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating vendors, managing work orders and budgets, and partnering with clients to meet service standards. ABM offers training, advancement opportunities, and a culture focused on safety, inclusion, and recognition of frontline teams.
