About the Opportunity This position will focus on care in our skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm Average daily patient census is 8-15 Provide complete and highly personalized care to help seniors live independently, safely, and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible Deliver team-based care that includes physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and CNAs Market rate salary plus full benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO, and retirement plan Vietnamese or Khmer speaking is strongly preferred Location/Community A historic mill city in the Merrimack Valley with a population of about 115,500, just 30 miles north of Boston.
