Job Overview Reliance Home Health Caregivers is looking for immediate hires for licensed nurses (RN/LPN) to provide 1‑on‑1 private duty nursing for a 2‑year‑old male G‑tube patient in Bellwood, IL. Positions are available for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts 8 AM‑4 PM Monday‑Friday. Benefits Flexible hours/scheduling: 8, 10, 12 or 16‑hour shifts (employee’s choice) Competitive pay: $36‑$47 per hour, depending on experience (RN $47, LPN $38) Training available for pediatrics, home health, and other skills PPE provided for COVID‑19 considerations Qualifications Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience as an RN or LPN Valid CPR card Ability to care for pediatric patients with medical equipment such as G‑tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators (pediatric experience preferred but not required) Job Types Full‑time, part‑time.
