Weekend Shipping and Receiving Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for checking in drivers for product pick up and drop up and ensuring all paperwork is completed and documented
• Greet each driver receiving or dropping off and assign them to a dock door
• Rate all orders and prepare labels, BOL's packing slips, and tracking as well as maintain both inbound and outbound logs to ensure all orders have been captured
• Compile reports for customers and client
• Communicate daily on coordination of products being shipped and coordinate activities which include verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Preparing items for shipments while exhibiting a safe culture
• Perform and assist with additional warehouse functions as needed due to business need
• You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Efficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (warm and cold)
