Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 3-4 Shifts/Week | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients during night shift hours (1845-0715)
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for rehab patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or acute care nursing setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with rehabilitation nursing standards and functional outcome measures
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling with 3 or 4 shifts per week as needed
