The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the management of all sales, service, installations, and operational processes and procedures.We offer:Health benefits with quick enrollment - medical, dental, and vision.Paid time off & holiday pay.Wellness program.Professional development & career advancement opportunities.Incentive program.Lots of perks.Compensation Information: $100,000 - $110,000 annually plus bonusResponsibilities:Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.Lead field sales initiatives.Coaches and develops sales teams.Qualifications:At least 5 years' operational experience in a home improvement industry setting (includes facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process).At least 3 years' management or training experience.High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in MS Office.Why Empire Today?We empower our employees to strive for their unique goals.
