Summary

The Showing Assistant supports the real estate team by providing a professional, welcoming experience for clients viewing properties throughout the Lake Stevens and Washington area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in building experience in the real estate industry. As part of Anton Stetner & RESG, the Showing Assistant helps ensure property tours run smoothly while representing the company with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Complete at least 10 hours of lead generation each week.
• Practice scripts weekly according to team standards.
• Participate in team events and activities.
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity.
• Prepare and negotiate offers for agents and clients.
• Attend ongoing training on market trends and real estate practices.
• Schedule and conduct efficient property tours while providing professional client support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and a strong commitment to achieving results
• Skilled at building relationships, actively listening, and recommending solutions that meet clients' needs
• Confident in prospecting, generating leads, and developing new business opportunities
• Comfortable addressing concerns and overcoming objections
• Clear, professional communicator who prioritizes exceptional client service
• People-focused with a friendly, optimistic attitude
• Able to assess clients' preferences and requirements and connect them with suitable homes
• Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the real estate industry
• Willing to learn and consistently use established scripts and dialogue
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and able to demonstrate a history of success
• High school diploma required
• Active real estate license required to join; a license is not required to apply
• Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
