Required Skills:

• Valid nursing license (RN or pertinent state-specific certification)
• Strong experience with Cerner electronic charting system
• Proficiency in critical access hospital settings, particularly in med/surg and ER
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Ability to handle high patient volumes (~200 visits/month)
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Experience working as a Charge Nurse is a plus
• Critical Access hospital experience highly preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong critical care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure
• Prior experience in emergency department or critical access hospital
• Demonstrated proficiency with Cerner charting system

Other Requirements:

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (TNCC preferred)
• Willingness to work in a high-volume ER setting
• Must follow all hospital-specific protocols and safety standards
• Scrubs: Any color
• Willing to provide charge nurse support as needed
• No radius restrictions; travel experience is a plus
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Eligible for licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable
