Marketing Operations Director

To enhance marketing efficiency, the remote Director, Marketing Communications Operations will manage end-to-end marketing operations, oversee contractor budgets, and build project management infrastructure while supporting strategic decision-making through data visibility. Key responsibilities Drive operational planning, process design, and workflow optimization for all marketing initiatives Lead contractor budget lifecycle management, including forecasting, vendor selection, and financial tracking Establish project management frameworks and accountability structures to ensure timely execution of campaigns Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field Proven track record managing marketing budgets of $500K+ Extensive experience with external contractors, agencies, and vendor relationships Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) PMP certification preferred; MarTech or marketing operations certifications a plus
