Our schedule is Monday – Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Stability & Reputation: Join a company with over 70 years of "Exceeding Expectations" and a massive footprint on the East Coast What You'll Be Doing You will master every aspect of our business through a blend of technical work and retail management: Technical Mastery: Fabricate custom hose assemblies and become a trusted expert in hose technology Store Operations: Manage inventory levels, handle parts counter sales, and maintain a brand-consistent facility Customer Excellence: Solve complex problems for our customers, ensuring every contact with Colliflower is a win What You Bring To The Table Mechanical Aptitude: You like figuring out how things work People Skills: You are personable, professional, and can communicate effectively with everyone The Hustle: You are a self‑motivated "self-starter" who handles multiple tasks without breaking a sweat Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and a willingness to travel regionally to various store locations The Essentials: Valid driver's license (good driving record), reliable personal transportation, and a High School diploma/GED.
