- High school diploma or GED
- Coursework, certification, vocational training, or enrollment in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
- Previous helpdesk, technical support or IT-related work experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, computer hardware and basic networking concepts.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology
