In this role, you will manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring that all Multi-Point Inspections are thorough and detailed. Your responsibilities will include supervising the express team, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process of the Express Department, from vehicle intake to final inspection. Ensure that all Multi-Point Inspections are conducted thoroughly and with attention to detail. Supervise and support the express team, providing guidance and training as needed. Monitor work quality to ensure that all services meet the dealership’s high standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to service or customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of services performed and departmental performance. Implement and enforce best practices for safety, efficiency, and customer service. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
