TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Telemetry RN in New Hampshire!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med/Surg, Telemetry & PCU) – New Hampshire

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment, every other weekend, holiday coverage required (must work two of three major holiday blocks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's). Day and night shifts available. No block scheduling accommodations.

Highlights:

• Float across three specialties: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit
• Small, rural facility environment requiring independent clinical judgment
• RN to patient ratio of 5:1 standard; 3:1 or 4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients
• Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation essential
• Requested time off (5 days or less for 13-week assignment) must be declared at time of application

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact State license
• 3+ years of experience in Progressive Care Unit, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry settings required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Successful completion of basic dysrhythmia test
• Current skills checklists for Med/Surg, Telemetry, and PCU (within one year)
• One supervisory reference from within the past two years
• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Rural or small facility experience highly preferred
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location
• Must be available for full assignment without concurrent permanent or travel placements
