Your Contributions

• Carry out routine and advanced clinical lab testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols.
• Analyze results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instrumentation.
• Assist with specimen handling and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, guiding and training new staff or students, while helping maintain lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment is required.
• Maintain current credentials throughout your employment.
