Job Overview: *

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with T&M billing and contract billing.

*Responsibilities: *

·         *Creating invoices and other billing materials such as customer statements of open balances.

 

·         Inputting payment to customer accounts.

 

·         Answering customer questions about invoices and billing statements.

 

·          Review outstanding accounts and aging reports

*Experience: *

- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

- Strong working knowledge of Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic service environment, utilizing your billing expertise create invoices and reconcile customer accounts.
