About the Role:

Consolitech International LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team in North Chesterfield, VA. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HVAC system installations for residential and/or commercial projects from start to finish
• Install, commission, and test heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians and installation crew members on job sites
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise on the job site

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, ductwork, and air handlers
• Ability to read schematics, and equipment specifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in various physical conditions including confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures
