Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering quality patient care within a small, focused healthcare team of 1-5 members. Working exclusively day shifts, the RN provides comprehensive nursing services including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, care planning, and education. This position supports optimal patient outcomes through attentive and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and treatment plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to guide care decisions
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in nursing
- Farsi speaking bilingual
- Current CA RN license
- Strong skills in patient assessment & care planning
