We are seeking a compassionate, dependableCertified Medical Assistantwho takes pride in providing excellent patient care and supporting an efficient, collaborative clinical team.This is afull-time, on-site positionwith a consistent weekday schedule andno evenings or weekendsScheduleMonday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.Responsibilities• Welcome and room patients for appointments• Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures• Update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR)• Assist providers during examinations and routine procedures• Administer injections and collect specimens within permitted scope• Perform routine clinical tests as directed• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and patient follow-up• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and office staff• Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms• Monitor clinical supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered• Follow infection-control, patient privacy, and safety procedures• Help create a welcoming, respectful, and patient-centered environmentQualifications• Current CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent recognized Medical Assistant certification• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain after hire• Strong clinical Medical Assisting skills, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations• Knowledge of medical terminology• Experience using electronic health record systems• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient records• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and time-management skills• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care• Ability to work full-time on-site in Satellite Beach, Florida• Family medicine or primary care experience preferred, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits• Competitive hourly pay• Health insurance• Dental insurance• Vision insurance• Paid time off• Paid sick leave• 401(k) plan• Consistent weekday schedule• No evenings or weekends• Half-day FridaysHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume through LinkedIn.
