What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient flow
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
• Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend shifts

What You Need

• Valid Kansas or compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• 3+ years of ER experience (preferably in large facilities)

• 5+ years of ER experience
• Experience working in large hospital settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to high-volume environments
