Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$17.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00am to 11:00pm )

Set up, operate, and monitor Springfield injection molding machines
Ensure consistent product quality
Perform mold changes
Conduct routine quality checks
Troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues and make adjustments
Use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools
Stack, move, and handle materials, including heavy lifting as required

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Ability to read and write in English
Experience with injection molding
Knowledge of mold changes and setup procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
Experience using hand tools, including: Pneumatic tools, Drills, Peelers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Experience with structural molding
Familiarity with robotics in a manufacturing setting preferred
