Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00am to 11:00pm )

• Set up, operate, and monitor Springfield injection molding machines
• Ensure consistent product quality 
• Perform mold changes 
• Conduct routine quality checks 
• Troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues and make adjustments
• Use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools 
• Stack, move, and handle materials, including heavy lifting as required

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English
• Experience with injection molding
• Knowledge of mold changes and setup procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
• Experience using hand tools, including: Pneumatic tools, Drills, Peelers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Preferred  Experience with structural molding
• Familiarity with robotics in a manufacturing setting preferred
