Job Title: Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Location: Chicago, IL 60632 Overview Delta‑T Group is connecting certified DSPs with a range of short‑ and long‑term independent contract opportunities throughout the Chicagoland area. The role involves providing one‑on‑one support for individuals with developmental disabilities across various settings including group homes and day programs. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and engage them in therapeutic activities. Provide individualized support in group home and day program settings. Ensure safety, maintain records, and adhere to agency protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support resident care plans. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) on the IDPH registry. Current CPR/First Aid certification per AHA or ARC guidelines. Experience working with developmentally disabled, autistic, or at‑risk youth populations. Compensation & Schedule Hourly rates up to $22/hour, negotiable based on location, shift, and experience.
